Worst experience ever.
I can only say the view is good, but nothing else
The property don't have restaurant. Guest should go out and buy food. No soap or shampoo provided in room. Water bottle - 1 bottle is complimentary rest all are charged. No towel was provided. Room is not clean - all the insects which were outside was inside the room. NO hot water for shower. Staff members should educated and should be aware of how this industry operates. Owner has built this property at good location but that is all. Guest visit these places for leisure - but if you need any snacks u need to run 5 km to get something u need. We have bought extra snacks and kept for guest who comes next to this property. No informstion about restaurant was provided prior asking for payment. Worst experience ever.

Beautiful sight of DAM from the resort . ideal for 2-3 days of stay with family and friends for total relaxing .

Staff was helpful...scenery ,location setup is fantastic with lake view , swimming too, Rocky area, good to brai & party.
More facilities required as no tea kettle, hot. Water for shower, more cleanliness & maintenance required as such in rooms , swimming pool , bathrooms

The location
The place was overall very dirty including the washroom and the bedsheets. The tap water was contaminated. There was no kettle, towels and it was infestated with bugs. The shower was horrible and was definitely broken. The surroundings were also really dirty. Was not worth the money despite taking the 'executive' suite.

The location is good as seen in the pictures.Cottages look good.
Only basic facilities are available. There are no shops available nearby so customers have to bring all the necessary things. There is no kettle or mug in the room so even to get tea, we have to go around 1 km.

Best place to spend a day
Good place to spending a day with family, you will get an amazing view from your room door step. Food is really good comparing to the hotels near to the resort
You won't find any shops or hotels near to the resort, there was one hotel 5km away for the resort - please don't try.

dinner food has been brought from hotels and mng complementary breakfast was not worthy. pool was not clean and not maintained no privacy. found a snake around my room.

Nothing at all.
Everything. Nasty and unkempt rooms. Air-conditioner wasnt working, rooms had a smell, toilets were dirty and we didnt get one of the rooms we booked and were charged full price.
