Incredible security guard, great breakfast, fantastic location

Location, staff, cleanliness were all fantastic. Staff were attentive and helpful with anything extra asked for. Breakfast was great and the food menu had a broad range of options if you wanted to eat at the hotel. The absolute highlight of this hotel is the incredible security guard out the front. To be greeted with a salute, smile and a good morning/good afternoon every time you came and went from the hotel was perfect. The security guard was one of the kindest, happiest people I have come across and a serious highlight to my trip to Thailand. Thank you so much.

Good

One time stay is enough

Swimming Pool and Fitness Center Staff was nice and helping Location is good Breakfast was rich

Room was old and dirty (SHA +Plus?) Bathroom equipment was unpleasant Room lightings were insufficient. Restaurant during breakfast was chaotic at times Egg station needs more experienced staff (trainees are surely okay but with good knowledges ones)

Pleasant

Pleasant but at a costly budget

The pool was a great size with good pool features. Balconies were well sized also.

Considering the daily rate there were few bathroom accessories. We broke 1 small glass, they were going to charge us 5US$ for a replacement, which we bought for 60 cents. Not a good marketing ploy!

Very good

It was a pleasant stay, not too noisy but yet easily accessible to all the amendities,

The pool is nice as there is a seperate lap pool for serious swimmer. Also impress that the hotel prepares beach towel and basket for guests to bring to the beach.
