The staff couldn't be more helpful, location was great. Staff at breakfast were average by comparison to the reception and concierge staff.

The room was much smaller than I expected, given the cost.

Wonderful, probably above our expectations.

All was good my only disappointments 1. when our friends arrived for an evening boat trip, there was no room for the car to be put in the hotel garage, my fault we should have enquired when we booked the trip with you 2. In the lounges there was no drinks service after 10pm ( your staff got around the problem, but in reality there should have been no problem( get our order from your pub bar 3. Confusion on what was included in the buffet breakfast ( I believe one can order from the menu and use the buffet at the price of the buffet but still not quite sure. All are little issues, love the hotel

excellent concierge and staff except nasty front desk clerk

Expensive and not worth price

Room not cleaned till 530 pm...notification next to last morning that breakfast included but then charged for it and clerk at desk argued and refused to accept that..left a totally bad taste and spoiled whole feeling,about hotel..he was rude and nasty
