One of the best hotels in the world

The service is 7 stars. The staff are very friendly and they always make sure we are happy. You can understand that all the butlers went to renowned school and strict training The rooms are always clean and nicely decorated. We already stayed in this hotel 6 times and it will always be our go-to destination in Amsterdam

Awesome will be staying again!!

From start to finish the experience was a dream. Met at reception by welcoming staff and shown to suite by our personal butler Tim who explained how all the awesomely equipped features worked. Location was 100% as right in the centre on Dam Square with easy walking access to all the sights in the city. Would highly recommend and will be staying again for sure..

I did not like the food in the room service. Club sandwich was with no flavor, no salt. Also pumpkin soup was over salted.

Amazing hotel. Spoil yourself and love ones to this amazing experience!!

Junior suite is extremely spacious, with a powder room and bathroom. Quality interior and modern lighting. The jacuzzi and aromatic steam room shower were amazing. Heated bathroom floor. Exceptional service thru out.

The lobby was smaller than expected. Would be nice to have more seating area at lobby.
