A notable mention must be made of how efficiently the staff handled our booking mistake. I had a higher expectation when I chose and booed the hotel.

The location was not a good for taxis or Uber but maybe it was very busy weekend. I had requested no dairy in my diet or food but it was not available as everything had dairy including bread. For a five star hotel I would expect that it is offered as a choice even if a limited choice. And the room didnt have any view.
