Although food is a plus point for this hotel but in the world of hospitality its the whole experience as such which matters and this place greatly lacks in that.

The rooms give off a vibe that's more akin to an ordinary hotel, making it hard to justify the price tag of 5-7k for what's labeled as a 4-star property. Surprisingly, there's no valet service or assistance available to help with luggage, which was a letdown. Moreover, despite sitting in the lobby, no one bothered to offer even a glass of water. It's disheartening, especially after booking two rooms here. The corridors on the floors seem affected by moisture and fungus, which is quite off-putting. Additionally, the provision of toiletries seems geared for just one person in a room meant for two. Overall, based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

Good, comfortable place, can do better.

Ambience of the room & restaurant. Staff behavior and the food.

On day of arrival & also next day (we stayed for 2 nights), only one set of dental set, complimentary water bottle and no towels were provided. After repeated requests the towels arrived well after an hour on first day and the second day after 30 minutes that too after repeated requests. The manage was well aware there is twin occupancy then why so negligent on provision of complimentary effects.

Food was good, staff were good.

The room is not clean. This hotel used to be good but looks like they are not maintaining it well. It feels like a 2star hotel.

Perfect

Standard maintained, clean and comfort as well as nice food and when u add to polite and kind staff, I just wonder why it is not given 5 star hotel ratings. Have to mention the gem stone shop at the hotel. Pearl especially, excellent quality.

Trying to look for one but havent found one yet.
