If you want to use laundry be prepared it smells and every 30 seconds you need to put 100 yen to the drier take 2-3 hrs

Toilet is clean, room is quite new

Very helpful staff. Clean rooms. 7/11 underneath which was very handy.

Great stay!

Good sized rooms by Tokyo standards, it was bigger than I thought and comfortable for two people. Very well designed from a functional standpoint. Location is a 15-20 minute walk from the main Shinjuku station but Nishi-Shinjuku and another station are only 5-10 mins away. Staff lovely. Would stay again. Good little coffee shop on site too!

Very nice hotel in the heart of Tokyo

Our room was very clean and well prepared. It was a small room but it was comfortable. Wifi was good. A very nice hotel in the heart of Tokyo. Thanks to your housekeeping staff for their hard work. A hotel is only as good as their housekeeping staff!!
