The staff and food were amazing, with a talented singer who took special requests. The trip on a cruise to Greek islands was beautiful. There were some stray animals around the hotel. The rooms had s (Read More)lippy marble floors but were otherwise great. The food and drinks had a lot of variety and were delicious. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel had various pools and entertainment for kids. The air conditioning in the rooms had some issues. There weren't many nearby attractions. Overall, it was a nice hotel with good food and drinks.

The food was excellent. So were the staff, services and location.

Unfortunately the bathroom was extremely disappointing. The silicone sealant around the bathtub was full of mold. The showerhead had damaged inner seals and therefore sprayed water everywhere. One would not expect this from a four star hotel. If it wasn't for the bathroom, I would have given this hotel a 10 as I really enjoyed my stay.

The private pool was nice after they turned on the pumps.

We were at the private pool, and suddenly a head pops out to our balcony... The man was very nice but the fact that he, and a couple minutes later the cleaner just walked in was... Not the best. We put the little handle on DND, and still.. Also it's a bit fat from everything. Is all you want is the hotel and you are a family and you take the all inclusive deal it's probably quite nice. Wifi is terrible.

Breakfast was super, lot of varieties. Many kind of healthy options and warm dishes. Staff was lovely and helpful. They upgraded us to All inclusive, even though we paid only for breakfast. All inclusive was also insanely good! So many different courses and styles of food. Also many sports and entertainment options available every day. Many different swimming pools for children and adults and also pool towels including. We loved the hotel garden! Hotel was very clean and well maintained.

Bigger restaurant was a bit noisy as it was full of people and children. The hotel is located in a quiet area, outside the city. The nearest services are in Platanias, which is a little over 2 km away.

A wonderful time at Atlantica Creta Paradise

The staff were amazing, they were always helpful and friendly. The food was also great with plenty of options to suit all tastes.

We didn't like the first room we were given and felt it wasn't what was advertised, we complained and were offered a couple of alternatives. Our new room was great and met our expectations.

Pools closing at 6PM. Sunbed wars. Bad value experience.

Worst price / value ever according to my lifetime experience Swimming pool (4 in total) closing at 6PM, this is just insane as this is the best moment of the day, and for us, the moment when we come back from our day outside (impossible to find a sunbed after 4 days). Opening at 10AM !!! Then, we can not find a real moment at the pool, except maybe 10 minutes after the breakfast, without any place to seat Kids can not jump, most of them are 1m40 deep, too much people, and the safegard apply strict rules Sunbed wars is terrible here. At 8AM, all the sunbeds are already booked, even if the swimming pool open at just 10AM, and the staff don't care everybody book them Only one restaurant for the breakfast, then if you arrive after 9h45, there is too much people. The place is quite expensive, but I really feel this is over-exploited, no luxury nor superior experience, not enough employee according to me regarding the amount of customers and the price asked for the place, even if the grass is really green and the place quite clean, there is a feeling that it is too expensive for what it is. Also the feeling there is plenty of facilities, but you can not really enjoy them, because of the over-exploitation and the rules. Really a bad value for me, or maybe I am not the good target for this kind of place.

Everything was excellent,staff very helpfull and friendly,a good variety of choice in the buffet breakfast. Excellent location, close to all amenties around 26 mins away from Chania city center.
