Shitty and uncomfortable

Absolutely nothing. The checking in staff was rude and at first pretty rudely told us our room isnt ready . When we told them we have a cranky and tired toddler they said they cant help. Then one of the staff members saw our child crying and actually urged the other one to look and instantly the room was ready. I then asked if they had a crib as I had requested and she blatantly denied. When asked why, she said they had a lot of demand. This is after I had put it in the notes. Never coming back to this place again.

The reception staff, the room was basic for the money. We paid an upward of 500 CAD for a rundown room where the wall paint was chipping on our clothes. They even charged us an additional 50 bucks while checking in Which was never told to ya by booking.com The hotel had water leaking from everywhere and had towels kept to soak in the water on the floor. We honestly paid a bomb to live in a squalor of a place, enough to never want to return to Nassau. We couldnt wait to get out of this hotel the next morning.

Location was very good, must remaind it because almost all taxi ride cost 30-40$

Pictures was taken, like it is brand new apartment Administrators and workes was professional and helpful. Also morning omlet was delicious

It was booked @ booking.com as room for three adults. Kingsize bed was good for two, but where was third person area, i didnt realized, because armchair was small and whole so not for sleeping. Also asked this from registration and answer was that +45$/day for extra bed

Very good

If you want to avoid Cable Beach and Paradise Island this is a good choice.

Easy chair & ottoman, seating area w table, shower, fridge, clothing storage, plenty of elec plugs, location to West (Junkanoo) Beach, near to a jitney pickup corner.

Dinky coffee pot, no microwave, no program guide to tell you whats on the TV, not easy to use remote.

didn't enjoy the beach and the swimming pool

Room Clean, everything secured and organized, beach not good not recommended we didn't go once, stay on this hotel you'll see why, also pool water too cold for December, nobody in the pool all the times, we drove to other beaches, breakfast expensive but good, since we had to go to other places we got breakfast on the way and go to other beaches, jaws and love beach

swimming pool too cold empty pool all the times could not enjoy, i Wish they had a jacuzzi or a heated pool water too cold for the price of hotel. I booked here thinking i could enjoy beach and 2 swimming pools but not really

Location is terrible right on the main big truck road route and massive noise and dirt all day literally an arms length away no letting up! M25 which is 6 lanes is quieter! Hotel was being refurbished so constant painting and decorating going on which included making one of the pool areas uninhabitable. Visitors should have been warned! Pools freezing never saw anyone swimming therein most Hotels in Bahamas heat their outside pool not here!
