The staff received high praise for their attention to detail and exceptional customer service. The hotel also has a nice bar, attached parking garage, and a safe environment. Overall, guests had a positive experience and would choose to stay here again.

The proximity to the peace center and the parking
The lack of support staff. The hotel felt mostly empty as far as staff was concerned. Also, the only bar was closed a lot of the time and the only options for food were a restaurant next door which was not open all of the time and a minimal market. The only bar was closed the majority of the time and had no food options. A bar with lunch and light dinner options would serve this hotel well. Especially for busy families looking for options for young travelers. Hiring employees to help with check out and check in would be beneficial. Otherwise the hotel is very nice and the employees that I could find were caring and helpful. Even with these negatives, I would stay here again.

Our stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and exceeded our standards.
I would like to commend Ansley on the excellent customer service I received from her prior to my arrival. Ansley was very helpful providing information and presented a pleasant attitude. I cannot recall the employee name who was at the desk the morning of November 23rd, but she was welcoming and outstanding as well. We will return to this location when we visit Greenville in the future.
I would have appreciated having a microwave in my room. I was informed by the front desk employee on November 23rd of what I needed to do in the future to make sure I had this accommodation.
