Great place, staff wonderful, interior needs help (though it was clean).

Staff very friendly - Supervisor, Charmaine Burrows, in particular who went out of her way to help me when the airline lost one of my bags and I was leaving to go to another island the next day. Exceptional service.

The lights dont turn on right away in any of the rooms, they need upgrading. Even when you turn them all on its still dim. Its been like that for years. The rugs, blankets are old, thin and sad.

The location is great safe and secure. The room was nice and spacious and the breakfast was delicious variety, fresh and hot just the way I like it.

Booking did not advise me that the facility was under renovation. The wait to check in was hours later than the original check in 4pm time. Good thing there is a lot to do. So our luggage was left with the bellman and we were able to see the city.

Good location

Tv didnt work repeatedly reported it but no one came. Then disturbed twice late in night with phone calls and towels delivered erroneously. Even though donot disturb was up. The. Left my toothbrush which they supposedly didnt find! And the toilet stopped working and They didnt come Fix that either
