Elegant place where to have a rest in Tokyo tower area

Location, room coffe corner , free water bottles a day , pajamas and slippers.

Bathroom was a bit outdated, need some renovation but still clean and 100% functioning

Nice staff, clean hotel with beds to accommodate everyone in same room. The bathhouse was a nice touch. Usually you only find that in capsule style hotels. Location was not bad at all for finding a restaurant or convenience store.

Lobby was quite busy with the restaurant being directly connected to it. People seemed to be waiting around a lot in the lobby or in front of the hotel. I think this has to do with the distance to the nearest station. If only staying a day or two it could be an adventure for anyone who doesn't have a great sense of direction.

Very comfortable and would stay again

We had a small issue with our sheets and they took care of it immediately! The rooms were super comfortable and the view of Tokyo Tower was spectacular. Loved going to the public baths, very good facilities!

Bit a walk from train stations but was an easy walk and plenty of restaurants and konbini along the way to get some dinner or dessert or snacks on the way to the hotel.

Miserable

The worst Mitsui Garden hotel I stayed so far.

I found the location of the hotel to be inconvenient as it takes around 20-25 minutes to walk to the Ginza area, and the underpass is not a pleasant walk. Additionally, the hotel staff did not speak English, and their behavior towards me was unacceptably rude. The room I stayed in was extremely overheated, like a sauna room at level 9. I paid $600 per night in Tokyo, and to my surprise, there was no air conditioning in the room. Moreover, I had to look at other people's clothes hanging on the balcony. Despite requesting to change my room, the hotel staff did not take any action and avoided me. I even sent an email to the manager, but there was no response. My trip to Japan ended on a sour note as I stayed in this hotel for four nights, and it was a miserable experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was impossible to rest in the hotel, and the room was too hot. I stayed in the Mitsui Garden Hotel for the duration of my Japan trip and they were pretty great with clean and comfortable rooms, equipped with air conditioning or heating as required. I was using the luggage transfer service from hotel to hotel, and when I asked for the service in this hotel, they asked me to do it myself.

Good little hotel with only a few caveats

The hotel was decent. A bit far from the station compared to other similarly priced hotels. At times the lobby was so crowded with people just standing around that it was difficult to get through. I think this has to do with the distance from the station. There is a hotel bath on the upper level which is a nice perk.

Lobby gets too crowded. If it rains then walking to station becomes a problem, especially with luggage.
