Superb

Strategic position near to the main entrance to the old city, friendly and kind staff, nice and clean room. Everything was fine in Chedi home!

We booked the elephant sanctuary and cooking course through the hotel which were both excellent.

Staff were extremely friendly. Beds were comfortable and we had a balcony which is always a bonus.

An excellent little boutique hotel in a quiet and convenient location.

The staff were as ever in Thailand very good and always willing to please. The second room we were allocated was really good. The hotel was just outside the main tourist area which suited us fine. It was a short walk, then over the main road and you entered a really nice little district of up market little shops and restaurants. There is a vegan restaurant and an excellent smoothie/shake bar. The breakfast was very good and they opened up for us and others before the start time of 07.00. At that time the Bolt taxi ( that is the Thai equivalent of Uber) came in about 2 minutes and whisked us to the Airport in 10 minutes for Bts90 - less than $3.

We got off to a bad start. We had booked their best level of room and were given an inferior room. It was OK and clean and well equipped, but it had no window. We immediately complained to the night receptionist who showed us in. He accepted our point and said we would get upgraded the following day. They were as good as their word and we then had a super room, with balcony and great view as booked. The pool was vey small and didnt much see the sun. The weather was cool so it didnt heat up to a swimable temperature. We anticipated this at this time of year in Chiang Mai, so werent too disappointed.

Great breakfast

I would return to this hotel again and again just for the breakfast! The quality of the food was so great, as well as a lovely coffee made for us. The variety of fresh fruit was amazing and so tasty. We had a lovely sized room with very comfortable beds.

We had an issue with the room having a sewage smell, but they were kind enough to deal with the issue and helped us move rooms

Chedi home- great value for money

The staff were lovely, especially Son. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was fab!

The shower a bit old, some smell (which we got used to) in reception area.

Perfect stay in Chiang Mai!

Awesome little hotel on a great location within walking distance from bars & restaurants and yet super quiet during the night. Rooms are just as on the pictures with comfy beds and a good shower (little flooding as usual included). The staff is super friendly and helpful, I even got a 5% discount by paying with cash. The biggest positive surprise for me was the breakfast! Usually in budget hotels it is very basic but this one was delicious with a great coffee!

There should be less signs with warnings on what you have to pay in case you break something:)

The staff are what make this hotel! Super helpful 24 hour front desk to help book tours at 10% off, do laundry and anything else you may need. The room was clean and had everything you needed.

Great value for money hotel, definitely recommend!

Lovely little hotel with a pool, small gym and nice rooms. Fresh bottles of water in the room everyday. Free breakfast included on the price which was delicious with great choice. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
