Very good

Beautiful place to stay in a great location.

Beautiful property in a great location. Staff were all lovely and room was amazing. Pool area was perfect for a refreshing dip.

Breakfast service was a little slow and the quality of food not fitting of the quality of the rest of our experience at the hotel.

Below average and huge financial payment concerns

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were friendly

- They made me pay for the room despite proof of payment that Booking.com also took my payment. They have not answered my mails and I feel this is fraudulent which I plan to take further as it has been a week since the booking and my queries - Definitely not to the standard of other hotels in this portfolio- over priced for little. - The staff were completely unprepared: took 3 rounds just to get a normal G&T order right( didnt know what tonic was!) - The room phone didnt work and maintenance couldnt do anything about it which meant having to leave our room or call on our cellphones to reception to ask for anything.

Amazing stay will be back

Very friendly staff with a nice personal service. The hotel is in a great location

The only thing we didn't like was the late night noise from the communal areas. We could hear everyone's conversations which woke us up a few times.

Brilliant - would definitely stay again!

The hotel manager on duty (Max) was exceptional and could not have done more to assist us with every need. The spa was excellent and my wife's full body massage was outstanding Breakfast was great! Plenty of areas to sit and relax - particularly enjoyed the small personal courtyard area outside our room.

The pictures of the property on the website don't do it justice!

Only there a night but experience was not value for the night.

Had a room only booking. The initial room we were allocated was not what one have expected for the price.was tucked away with hardly a window and no view. To be fair we were moved to the new section which was very pleasant.

Excellent value for money with comfort

We found the rooms to be a very cozy environment with all the necessary facilities for our stay, a treat with a cupcake in the late afternoon, the breakfast is very tasty and the excellent location, I would return as often as necessary.

Great location in the centre of Frans shook.

Externally a bit tired with flaky paint and squeaky pool beds, wheels on beds. We had a serious problem with water leaking out of the air-conditioning on the first evening which we reported straight away. It still wasnt fixed by the time we left. (Three days later), In fact we had to report it two or three times before anybody paid any serious attention. Blaming us for having it too cold or too hot. Not very easy to park the car in the front car park because the gate was shut and you had to get somebody to open it for you. I can understand security issues but I think the system could be easier. We booked via bookings.com but there seem to be confusion with a computerised payment system required before we arrived. Then accused of not paying when we did arrive. Even though I had a receipt of payment.

Superb

Excellent stay in a beautiful hotel, highly recommend!

Staff were very friendly, made a special effort for our honeymoon with roses. Rooms were huge, velvet fluffy robes, cake of the day was delicious! Great location - walking distance to town. Easy to get users everywhere for the vineyards and walking distance to the tram!
