Didnt realise there was nothing in the location should of done my homework better Not really for small children

The staff werent really friendly although when our toddler fell and cut his head they were very helpful

Pleasant stay, enjoyable breakfast.

Laundry Tasty breakfast. Chicken bao was much better than at a mandarin oriental we stayed at during our trip.

Short stay. Did not get to use the facilities much.

An ideal staycation to take a break, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I enjoy the natural surroundings around the property, being close to nature and the beach. Its very relaxing taking a walk at Changi Point Boardwalk.

The check-in process is not pleasant. It would be better if front office staff are trained to provide good service, be friendlier and cheerful.

Very nice but it out on a limb

It was a nice property but a little out the way. Rooms were clean and had iron ironing board tea/coffee machine among other needed items

Quiet, convenient for parents with children having their camps at the changi Chalets.

Our toilet was not cleaned the next day & dirty towels were not cleared out.

Our expectations were exceeded and we enjoyed that we could doodle on the wall . Thank you

We arrived after a long flight and were welcomed by a lovely young man. He was attentive to our requirements. Showed us how to walk down to the boardwalk, and where we could get the complimentary shuttle back to the hotel after our meal. He suggested we take umbrellas as it is the rainy season in Singapore. When we said we had to leave early next morning for a flight he attentively arranged our taxi and early morning call and said that as we would miss breakfast he would have sandwiches and a drink ready to take with us. It is the small things that make the difference so well done.

That we only stayed one night.
