Exceptional

Amazing hotel. Excellent location making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The room was impeccably clean and spacious. Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations.

Passable

The basic flaw in the room was there was no place to hang your cloths. There is neither a proper wardrobe, only couple of hangers on top of a table which had a kettle and tea coffee stand. Though the room was small but could have been acceptable at this price provided there was a proper wardrobe at least.

Great location. Helpful staff. Though the breakfast was not included but you have free supply of coffee and snacks in the morning.

Good location

Had a balcony. In the historic center near temples and places to eat.

The hotel charged 3% for credit card payment and no breakfast of payment in card. It would have been good if we had known in advance so we could have prepared cash. The hotel we stayed in Chiang Rai did not charge additional 3% for credit card payment.

Perfect hotel in Chiang Mai

Great and cheap hotel, great beds amazing location, helpful staff and great beds. The breakfast is included even if they say is not! The hotel is also nice and new, with a nice swimming pool.

The desk staff were very friendly. The cleaning staff were excellent. We had an air conditioner leak and was repaired right away.

Comfortable stay Old Town Chiang Mai

Located in an adorable little street in Old Town, with lots of options nearby. Bed was huge and very comfortable, we slept very wel! Nice to have a balcony and facilities of a pool if you want to chill for a bit. Staff was very helpful and gave great tips. They only serve a simple breakfast if you pay in cash. In the street there is a little market with some eating stalls and we would recommend to eat some breakfast or brunch there if you prefer authentic Thai food. Restaurants opposite the hotel have plenty of options, but quality not great and also not authentic Thai flavors. Great juice bar positie the hotel btw. We had a lovely stay, thanks for everything! We highly recommend to stay here if youre visiting Chiang Mai.

Nothing negative, hotel is lovely, but it deserves more people to eat and drink there, so would rethink the breakfast option, and promote it a bit more for guests to stay for drinks and food. Wishing you success!
