Nice staff and clean property, but not the best experience.

Friendly desk staff, cleanliness.

There was no hot tub, even though it was listed in the description. This was one of the main reasons for booking here, so that was disappointing. The TV didn't work because the cable was out, so we couldn't use it at all. Not even Netflix or casting from our phones, so we watched a movie on a little phone screen. Lastly, despite being approved by the lady at the desk for a late checkout (1pm) the housekeeping staff was still knocking at our door multiple times before it was anywhere near 1pm. At some point in the morning, they actually opened the door and came INTO the room even though our sign was up on the door. That was very awkward and uncomfortable.

Very good

Rooms were very clean. Beds very comfortable. Showers were nice. Dishes were clean, as well.

Breakfast was awful. The bacon was not recognizable as food. No other meat was offered. All that was left for my family to eat were bananas (which were good, BTW). The eggs were nothing to write home about, either. Just meh. Disappointing

The property was clean I had a king suite that was very comfortable and the pool was fun the kids love it made sure they went every day and the breakfast was good and it was close to everything.
