Clean breakfast area. The food was hot n fresh. The people were very kind. We were in town for a funeral. The staff made our stay very pleasant. Kindness and a smile goes a long way. Keep up the good work. !

It was excellent and I will be back for future stays!

Location is perfect and easy to find. Everything was perfect. I will stay here again and definitely recommend. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The refrigerator in the room was cold.

Very rude manager. Totally unpolite

I experienced two issues: 1- I used one credit card for the reservation and asked if at check-in I could pay with another method. The hotel replies. "Yes, no problem". The day before check-in the hotel sent me an email "Sorry, we can't. Your credit card was already charged". 2. During my stay, my travel plans changed (Yes!, travel plans can sometimes change). So, instead of staying 6 nights I stayed only stay 3. I asked the front desk if I could check out without penalties and I was told "Yes, no problem". I checked out and asked booking.com about the reimbursement. Booking said it depends on the hotel decision. Long story short, I paid 450 dollars for 3 nights I never sayed in the hotel. When I talked to the manager over the phone she was rude and impolite, in 30 seconds she got rid of me and hang up the phone. Very rude.

The rude attitude of the Manager of this hotel. She should be told that customers are EVERYTHING for a hotel and treat them with respect. Even if you have a different opinion, you must be polite.
