Clean and cozy room in a perfect location

The location was in the main street (not in an alley or sth similar) near the Colosseum and it also had a bus station close to the entrance of the building. The owner was ready to provide instructions before the arrival and was always available on our need of assistance (big props for that). The room was very clean, didn't hear any noise from outside and felt newly built. 100% recommended by me.

Everything was good, the location was amazing

The location was perfect, near the bus stop and near a big market where you can buy something for dinner or breakfast. The staff was really helpful, they responded very fast and helped with every extra thing we needed.

The shower water took a very long time to get heated and it was not very hot even at max.

Excellent stay at this great location.

Room was excellent, it was clean and had everything that we needed. Location was really good, Colloseum is on walking distance and for the rest there are bus and metro stops nearby. There are many food options nearby as well.

Location was amazing, although the cleaning wasnt the best as place overall was dusty

The only time my room was cleaned while I was having a tour of the city, the cleaner lost some of my jewelries

Passable

The main issue that I had with this hotel is that I got very itchy when sleeping in the bed, possibly due to the chemicals that are used to clean the bed sheet etc. The bed sheet is also not clean because you can see signs of sperms.
