Both experiences at this Best Western Texas City were good, with clean and comfortable rooms, courteous staff, and a nice breakfast selection. The only issue was housekeeping not making the bed one d (Read More)ay. The hotel has spacious and clean rooms, safety measures such as cameras and well-lit parking, and a convenient location. The staff were hospitable and accommodating, and the breakfast was great. The hotel provided an exceptional experience with tasteful design, modern comforts, sustainability efforts, and a diverse menu. Overall, a great stay.

Disappointing

will be taking my business some're else my next trip.

breakfast was ok not a lot of choices

took two days to get tv working right took two days to get the toilet to flush right vending machines did not work and only one ice machine on the first floor that worked

The comfort and location

I had to pay an early check in, most hotels is check in at 1, here it was 3. My husband has health issue and needed to rest, so i had to pay extra. next morning they were trying to get us out of the room starting at 8 a.m.

Superb

Great value for the money!

Great location and easy access to the cruise port in Galveston! Bed was great!

Facility was comfortable and clean the only dislike was that it had a musty smell but after we got the air conditioner going it seemed to help with the smell.
