Very good

Hidden spot not to far from the cruise ship..The staff there was so helpful as I wasn't able to print my tags for my luggage before we left..I was able to print the tags and used their stapler to get them on. The room and bed was comfy..Wasn't too far from Walmart and other shopping areas. I will definitely be staying there again on our next cruise

Disappointing

Convenient, not comfort.

Its perfect distance from the cruise terminal

The shower was a total loss shower head would hardly put out water and leaking all over. I ended up just taking the head off by hand and getting a shower finally. The bed was ok but, you could feel every spring.

Amazing stay

The staff I encountered (specifically Denny and the overnight person) were the most pleasant people I've dealt with in a VERY long time. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient for literally anything you need, it's very close to stores.

Everything was perfect. Nothing to not like.

Dont waste your money here, better options available

The location was good.

The room smelled absolutely horrible and although I cant confirm I got my bed bug bites there, because I failed to check the bed myself, I did end up covered in bed bug bites (which take 4-10 days to appear after getting bit) 4 days after my stay. I chose pay at the property option and got called a day before were the worker, very rudely told me my card got declined when they ran it and I needed to make payment immediately to prevent my reservation from being cancelled. When o asked why would a pay at property option need payment before I was very rudely again informed that they have the right to take payment whenever they decide. I have chose pay at the property a dozen times, I have never had this happen.

Awesome staff! Air conditioner needs work.

The hotel was in a great location, a grocery store and many restaurants that were just minutes away. Denny & Bella were very helpful and gracious! When they heard that I was there to attend my father's funeral, Bella wrote a very sweet note on their bulletin board. It was very comforting to know that they had my back!

The air conditioner was not working properly. It was sweltering outside and the unit was trying very hard to put out cold air. I was very grateful for the small table fan in my room.
