Very nice restaurant with lovely food. Lovely, helpful reception, restaurant, housekeeping and bar staff.

I had a towel in the bathroom which really had some old stains on it but they weren't visible at first glance. I only realised after I had used it! Totally agree with the policy of not automatically changing linen for a short stay so found a member of the housekeeping team working in that area who was shocked and gave me a replacement. I suppose it could have just been a one off... Breakfast wasn't included in my deal but I did have the buffet breakfast on my first morning and found it adequate but underwhelming for the price. Also you need to prebook the time. Couldn't switch the TV on without turning it off and on at the socket first.

Great value and location!

The hotel is close to the city centre but still in a quiet area. There are shops within walking distance if you need essetials. Their breakfast menu could be more diverse but it is delicious nonetheless. We had dinner on the last evening and it was really good! Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We were happy to go along with the environmental friendly service but we wouldve liked to at least have our bins emptied daily.

I think the size of some bedrooms was rather small, the mattresses of the beds need to be changed and it is a bit far away from city center. We used a taxi several times

Warm and comfortable in a good location for easy public transport access to Edinburgh city.

Good location, warm and comfortable with pool and other facilities.

When we arrived we were told that breakfast wasnt included. This was corrected. We ate at the restaurant. The food was really nice but we were charged for a bottle of wine instead of one glass. The curtain rail needs to be repaired or replaced.

Couldn't fault anything, the staff were friendly and helpful, comfortable and clean with added bonus of having the leisure facilities. Great location with a bus stop right outside that took you into the city or to the beach

I couldn't find anything I didn't like but if I was to be really picky I would say there could have been a decaff teabag in the room

have experienced occasional challenges with the WiFi service and At times the connection was a bit slow and hard to connect automatically.
