Disappointing

the first night went well. the second night was terrible. all night long there was yelling, screaming, and cussing, outside my room. it didn't seem to matter how many complaints were received by the front desk nothing was done about it. we ended up leaving at 4 am because we couldn't sleep.

The concierge was excellent and super friendly. Helped with everything and this was Christmas night!

good stay but next time I will not be alone

not a variety of fruit ie bananas for breakfast

my door flew open from the wind and it scared me a lot, but I realized i didnt have the lock secured all the way

Very good

We didn't get up until 930.the ladies doing breakfast let us eat until 1020am she was great. Thanks to her we had a wonderful day.

The windows ,the view was great. But people could walk you and see in the room.

Everything was superb. Clean, comfortable, updated room with a nice breakfast area featuring a great selection of both hot and cold foods at a very reasonable price.

Our favorite spot at the narrows

Location is perfect to nearby restaurants and the cross island trail. Facility is always comfortable and clean. Front desk staff is always top notch. Pool area, pool and hot tub were all clean and perfect temps.

Overpriced

The front desk staff was welcoming. They offered concessions and quick check in. There were lots of cleaning staff as we entered the facility.

The room was extremely overpriced for the condition it was in. The tiles were falling off of the wall in the bathroom, and some of the towels were dirty. The hotel also charges for early check in, which is not demonstrated in the confirmation email.

Fee for early Checkin-Ive never had a hotel charge this fee, either the room was ready for early Checkin or not. I did not pay it went and ate and came back. It was just new to me.

I will not be staying here again

the girl at the front desk gave me a room assignment and the key didnt work, I came back to the front desk and she fixed the key card. I went back to the room and opened the door to find the room already occupied by another family. I returned to the front desk and the associate acted like it was no big deal and told me a different room to go to. the room was moderate at best, the safety latch to the door was broken, and their was a draft coming in.
