Comfortable stay close to Hoi An night market

Great value for money. Quite a diverse spread in the breakfast buffet. Staff was extremely helpful with the airport pickup and drop, and also did up the room to celebrate our kid's birthday! The room was very spacious.

Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Very nice decorative Marina room with view of swimming pool. Location is great & there are a laundry, tailor, spa, lantern making shop just a few steps away. Staff is very friendly. The complimentary massage in Spa was fantastic.

The water in shower was lukewarm & on 24 Dec, theres no hot water. The design of the shower & toilet is open to the lounge so without privacy. It can easily be fixed by putting a curtain or sliding door dividing the two areas.

Comfortable stay and convenient location

5-10 minute walk from old town and river. Close to restaurants and sights, yet quiet. Convenient laundry service right across the road (30K VND or US$1.50 per kg wash). Very helpful and polite porters. Lovely spa. Great breakfast spread. 2 big golf umbrellas and 2 pairs of slippers in each room; super helpful during the rainy season. Spacious rooms, lovely pillows and the bed linen feels so luxurious.

Stayed in the newly renovated wing but the new building is not connected to the old wing. A tad inconvenient when raining. The placements of fixtures also a little odd. Eg the toilet roll is next to the flush cistern at the back of toilet and you kinda need to stretch and reach out to get toilet paper (whereas most of the time toilet rolls are at the side walls of toilets). Lovely to have a bath tub, and would be nice if hotel could provide bath salts.

Very well located, very good breakfast. Beautiful pool. Very good rooms. Very good infinity pool on 7th floor and also Sky Bar. Very helpful staff. Wonderful stay.

Stunning hotel in Hoi An

Friendly helpful staff especially Lily on reception. deluxe room very comfortable with a huge bed and the room was massive. Hotel has a lovely pool and restaurant. All amenities are very close by , you can walk into Hoi An easily with lots of restaurants, cafes close by. Would definitely stay here again

Fantastic stay !

Everything! The Christmas Eve dinner was fabulous and special. Laundry did an excellent job washing our clothes. Staff went out of their way to assist you. When we called the front desk about something they came immediately! Unbelievable!

We had a family suite two bedrooms with no inside sitting area and you had to go through one room to get to bathroom . No secondary lock on main door.
