An excellent stay. Thank you so much! We'll be back.

The owners were very welcoming and extremely obliging. The room was clean and spacious, and it was always remarkably peaceful in the guest house. There is a washing machine and drier for you to use (at a small cost). There is the excellent Ton Sai night market at Bearing (just one stop away on the BTS) where they sell a large variety of local food.. There is also a 7-11 about 8 minutes walk away from the guest house and a McDonald's just up the road too. The Bang Na BTS station is just a few minutes walk away meaning you can get to Asok, Siam etc in 20-25 minutes. Overall we would highly recommend staying at Baan Mai Guest House.

Near BITEC, the staffs are friendly

Around the area is very quiet. The bed is hard, and I can't sleep comfortably. The bed sometimes suddenly shakes. You have more energy for going up with stairs because there is no lift

we have a good stay and the host Kat is very accomodating he even gave me hint and direction

easy to go anywhere because just walking distance to BTS station and BITEC where the convention/ exhibition held.

Wonderful Guest House. Very conmmendation for bussiness trip around BITEC.

The hotel is next to BITEC, where I have a meeting, and the Bang Na BTS station. So that I can easily access anywhere I want to go from there to downtown. Just make sure to check in before 10 pm then you can go on 24/24 with the door key. It is very convenient for tourists and businessmen. Anh do not forget to mention the staff. They do their best. They have great conversation, great support, and great hospitality. BTW, it's near Bang Na Market so you can go around to see local market and the people working daily.

I have nothing to complain about this guest house, The room is fine, and the staff is great.

Superb

Very comfortable to stay. Good for value!

Its very close to BITEC, just across the road. I didnt expect it to be so near. There is a temple around the corner. The room are clean, neat and have TV, hair dryer, small fridge and AC. Comfortable to stay. The host and her mom and the staff were very nice and supportive.

really love how it is so near with bitec and bang na station! it is also safe to walk alone at night, owner very kind and helpful, the alley is so close to the main road
