Affordable, extremely nice, clean, and big, and very accommodating. No downsides.

The location is right beside the Si Lom train station, a major station in Bangkok and on two different subway lines. There were a lot of Thai and Western food options nearby, as well as a mall and some major nightlife. The house itself is super clean and organized, and they had some free coffee, tea, bananas, etc for everyone. The room was on the 3rd floor (no elevator btw but not a big deal), and was very large and clean. They also gave us 8 bottles of water for 4 days without asking, very kind. This was definitely the largest room I stayed in during my whole Asia trip, and the cheapest! AC was good, shower was good, bed was comfortable. They also communicated with me via Booking.com very quickly, and in-person the attendant (who is there only during work hours btw unless specifically asked) was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and gave us a lot of tips.

Good location in the silent place

It is close to a metro station. There are quite a few restaurants, street food, and food courts in the hood as well as 24h supermarket. And surprisingly it is really quite place. Amazing for a sensitive sleepers. The room was big enough for 2 people.

AC location Was quite difficult to find the position for sleeping when AC is not blowing towards your head

Perfect

We only stayed for a night but loved it. The location is perfect because you are right next to some tourist attractions and very well connected to the public transport. The receptionist was extremly nice and spoke perfect english, which we didn't find in any other hotel in Thailand (even at 5-star resorts). She gave us a lot of information and was very welcoming. The price is exceptional for the location. The shower is big, everyting is clean, just the room is a bit on the smaller side, but for the price it is more than okey.

The host was amazing and very caring - advised me of good locations to go to around the area and was able to provide directions/ best way of travelling. Service was amazing, rooms were comfortable and made me feel at home

The area is quiet and away from the busy areas but yet easy accessibility to the train station.

Suggest a bath mat inside the shower area as the marble floor gets very slippery after a shower. One can easily slip and fall.

I think I've never seen a hotel so clean. It smells clean, looks clean. Beautiful. Location is very very good and the owner is very kind and helpful with everything. The bed was very soft, we prefer firm but we believe many costumers will appreciate this.

Very clean and comfortable place. Very nice and warm host. Ive been here 10 years ago while I came to Bangkok the first time, and I chose to visit here again this time. The place has remodeled and looked more modern comparing to the first time I was here. Though the place looks different, the others remain unchanged, such as the cleanness and the warmness. Looking forward to visiting here next time!
