location is good. hosts are warm heart and helpful. Gus even bought meal for me after knowing we run the same trail race in Chiangmai. breakfast is very nice, include traditional Thai food and a lot of fruits.

The guesthouse ist a small, quiet oasis in the big city of Bangkok. The owner is an incredibly kind and warm-hearted woman who takes great care of her guests. As a single traveler, I immediately felt welcome and very comfortable here and can only warmly recommend the accommodation!

To put it simply this was like staying at your Moms house you were treated like familyclose to the river so it was gre

Everyone and everything! Owner is a wonderful person who caters to your every need breakfast is simple but fresh ! Place is immaculate and a great vibe!!

Maybe the location as its down an alley and not the greatest for walking home in the dark.. but I always took a tuk tuk home in the evening

Couldnt recommend more, owners have such a gorgeous soul:)

The owners were so kind hearted/ soul and welcoming. Highly recommend it, breakfast was included everyday. We even went out with the Beb (Guss mum) for the festival and she took us out for dinner. Close to market, temple and boats. My favourite stay of my south east Asia trip. Never get more welcome then there, highly recommend, couldnt recommend enough :)

Only con, was the beds were very firm however we looked past it :)

A truly amazing first visit to bankok and this was helped by staying in a friendly central location

The owners were very helpfull friendly The location is excellent for sightseeing but is in a quiet road The home has character open spaces to relax and self service for tea coffee Also an amazing breakfast

A Wonderful Jewel in such an unlikely place. Greatest place I have ever stayed.

Gus and his Mother are very friendly and accommodating to a lot of your needs. You may smoke out from the balcony even though on the site its says non-smoking. You may rearrange the room to your liking and you may come and go as you please. After you pay for your room he gives you a house key to the front door to the property and little home.

Nice place, worth staying

Great place, nice hosts, delicious homemade breakfasts included. Small but cozy room, cleaning every day. Not far from the boat station, so that you can use boats to travel through Bangkok, and watch the best views in the evenings.

We prefer to keep our documents and money in safe, so this is the only thing that we lacked in our room.
