Very good

View so beautiful and the food was very very good and the way how to order the food is easy and smart. and it's a very quiet place the staff very nice. The TV is good. We enjoyed it

The doors I wish we could locked them saver than this if u have kids. The curtain in the main door better be can't see through. The pool need to be renewable. The location is good but it would be better to put some lights in the way to the resort.

Nice hotel with hospitable staff and beautiful view!

Staff were very accommodating and professional especially Mat and Amit who definitely made us feel extra special during our stay. The place was quiet and had a really beautiful and relaxing view.

Wish there were more activities/facilities in the resort and room service food was better.

Superb

Staff were fantastic, food was good, room cleaned daily. Lots of steps and uphill walking to rooms, however vehicles on offer if you requested.

Extwrnal Infrastructure could use some maintenance. Internals were good.

The only thing wrong with this hotel is access to suites Climbing around 30 steps from road to front door Is not the best unless you are 30.

The staff were amazing so caring friendly and interactive. I had a bad back but they understood why we asked to move rooms as we were at villa 502 very far from reception.

The infinity pool Only nothing else

The hotel is old and outdated. The 3 bedroom villa is basically 2 connected hotel rooms in the ground floor and a room with a pool and a living room in the upper floor. To go to the upper floor you have to walk in an outside corridor, take the stairs outside and go to the upper floor so if you have kids be careful its not safe. I reported that to the hotel and nothing was done just nice messages of how can they make my stay better. The rooms were very old and furniture was obsolete. Insects and spiders all over the room. There is no privacy your neighbors can see your pool and your bedroom. The gym was the smallest rooms you could imagine with dumbbells and a cable machine only. Kids club was a small smelly room with toys that are a decade old. The breakfast restaurant was very small and options were extremely limited, i had breakfast twice and then went to outside restaurants to grab a decent meal. To sum it up it doesnt compare to any 5 star hotel in phuket it should be around 4 stars or maybe 3 stars and for the price i paid it is not worth it at all.
