Convenient location to explore Bangkok.

Location, location, location. It was conveniently next to the MRT station, therefore making it very convenient for guests who travelled relying on public transportation. And since it is so close to the station, returning to the hotel later at night does not pose a problem either. The hotel also has a coin operated laundry/dryer, making it super convenient for those who need it. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They booked transportation for us on departure day, which was greatly appreciated.

Pleasant

Pleasant stay. Nothing super special, but for price it's a decent base to explore from. Literally a metro station outside the entrance.

At first put us in a room that was not like the one we booked, and was a bit sad/unclean feeling. But Staff happily changed us to a room like our booking displayed without any issues. Location was not the most exciting for walking around but metro/taxi fixes that problem easily.

It think it is a little overprized, but not much. The location is excellent. I miss a cettle to boil water in the room

Very good

Good budget hotel, great location.

The location - right at the exit of HuaLamphong MRT. Hotel staff were very helpful in assisting our check in. Room was not yet ready, but the lady at reception made an effort to check with housekeeping and within 20 minutes, we were able to get into our room. There is a washer and dryer in the facility, which made it very convenient for guests to do their laundry. Air condition worked very well. Housekeeping replenished supplies frequently. We also had lunch at the hotel restaurant, while we waited for our room to be ready. Pleasantly surprised that the quality of the food was very good. Also, our room has 2 chairs, very unusual these days since most hotels only provide one chair .

Not enough lighting in the room. There are two bedside reading lamps, which was not bright enough for doing anything. There is a wall lamp right above the sink (which is located outside of the bathroom), but no light fixture where the table is located, so it is very dark in that area.

Weathered hotel

The staff were great and helpful, aircon was nice and cool.

Shower was cold, bedroom was an odd shape with very little place for storing clothing. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. The bed idling was noisy. Bathroom door scraped along the wall when it was being closed. Tired and very run down.

Superb

The location of this hotel is so convenient to travel places from here, chinatown is just 5 to 10 minutes walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They actually interact with you, unlike most hotel staff, in spite of the language barrier. The Internet speed was good, so it's fine if you are carrying work with you. The breakfast options are good. The coffee shop has really good steamed buns and coffee.

The photographer who clicked photos of the room needs to be applauded for his or her great work. The rooms are actually very smaller than what you see in the images. The balcony was not clean and needs a little maintenance. There is no hot water kettle or tea/coffee making option in the room.

Very good

Always use this hotel while in Bangkok as it is close to the train station but unfortunately will not be using it again as they are shutting the station down

Coming down the stairs instead of using the lift, there is a big plane glass window that I walked into, they need to identify this window with more stickers across it
