Apart from location nothing was good.

The rooms were not at all maintained. Staff not trained.

Not at all worth for money paid

Facility location is the only positive point. They are well connected to Kudle beach via back gate entering into "Waterfront" restaurant (owned by same owner). Room is quite big size though not so well maintained.

Multiple points - 1) Kids pool was dirty - ill maintained, no cleaning at all 2) Adult pool - was undergoing maintenance even during peak tourist season 3) No complimentary breakfast despite of charging so heavily 4) No intercoms in resort 5) Staff is not well trained and not so friendly either 6) Resort needs maintenance (of garden, overall etc.) 7) Resort charged me extra than mentioned during booking with booking.com 8) Room is quite big size though not so well maintained (centipedes crawling in, AC duct is open fully next to bathroom, bathroom windows are open next to strollway, people can easily see what is going on in bathroom, shower gel leakage was noted, but was not corrected by maintenance staff at all)

Stay was average as rooms were not up to mark. Rooms are huge but it lacks planning.

Restaurant is beach facing. Rooms are not

Rooms arent planned properly. There is common wall between two adjacent rooms which prevent natural light inside, and dont feel fresh as such places. They have lot of space but not used properly

Exceptional

Good resort for family travel.

Location of this resort is very close to Kudle beach. Room is very spacious. Very good mattress. Have kettle with enough coffee powder and tea powders. Bath room towels are clean and room is cleaned every day. I strongly recommend for family travel. Two king size bed enough for my family.

Swimming pool can be little better. Hotel management can consider including break fast to the guests even though it si little difficult due to their restaurant location.

The restaurant which they have a tie up with was good. Rooms were spacious. The location was good.

We didnt like that the resort doenst have a restaurant of their own so we couldnt get the complimentary breakfast or any room service including a cup of tea. We had to walk 2 kms to the restaurant. We had elderly people with us which made it even more difficult

No restaurant inside the resort. No room service. The restaurant they have near the beach is very expensive and the food is ordinary.

Reception staff and facilities in the room was nt even like Oyo rooms no toilotaries.. even water bottle was bot given after asking multiple times.. no safety rings in pool. Shower, screen,tv,wardrobe most are non functional

Location was nice, overall build of the property was good.

Property was not maintained, price was very high but didn't get the proper facilities according to price, bathroom was not functioning right, staff was bit off and not helpful.
