Superb

An excellent hotel . I would recommend it to anyone

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great - a pedestrianised street with lots of cafes , restaurants , supermarket , and near busses and train station. Despite this the room was very quiet , no noise at all from outside. Breakfast was very nice , buffet but with option for cooked.

Nice small, clean hotel, centrally based.

Only stayed for one night as planned as on way to Son Servera. I arrived late due to flight connections and I was kindly shown to reception by waiter. Check-in and check-out next day were very efficiently done and both receptionists were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. I was given clear instructions on how to get to the train. The room was very nicely decorated in a Mallorcan style with a nice large shower room and separate toilet. Shower water was good and strong, nice white towels and good bedding. My wifi connection was good. Breakfast was good - I think the choices were Mallorcan - but everything was fresh and tasty and suited me. The hotel is very near the rail station - maybe 10-15 minutes. The walk was easy and only took 10-15 minutes. The hotel would appear to be in the centre of Palma and on a lovely street full of cafe`s restaurants. Because I arrived so late, everything was closing down, but I would think it is a lovely street to be on daytime and night time - very central I think.

Nice and clean accomodations. Near to the City Center. Highly recommendable.

Room/Toilet were clean, Location wise the building is near to the city centre and easy communication ( bus stations are around the corner )

Disastrous stay. Massy managed hotel.

Location.

The sewage smell in the room, the hand shower inserted in the shower drain to clean it and left there when the guest arrives and the lack of hot water in the morning the guest had to leave to the airport. Cold shower in winter is not the best choice.

Very poor

Booked a room for one night and couldnt sleep till the morning

Location was perfect , very central and walking distance from the market,shops ,restaurants ,metro stations,park,cinema and hysteric Center . The staff were friendly.

The open shower inside the small room (the door not complete isolated ),open sink , no E.C to charge my iPhone next to bed ,The price was expensive,no proper lobby , till 7:20 am was no breakfast or coffee to offer and the restaurant dose not open . Above all there were a very strong uncomfortable perfume very intense cause headache and triggered allergies on the floors ways to the rooms. The rooms are humid maybe cause of the open sink and shower . Bed ,pillows and pillow covers material were not comfortable.
