Brekfast and ambient

A lot of things are charged extra.. the city tax of 45 per day goes to the already high price of the hotel. The pool is charged extra. Children can swim from 10-12. Our employee came at 11 a.m. to warn each parent separately that the children must be quiet (although all the children were quiet) because of the spa zone. It was humiliating for us guests. The shower cabin in the room completely leaked water, so the whole bathroom was wet.

The facilities were fantastic and food in the bar restaurant delicious. The breakfast was great with the kids and a big hit with the family. The staff at the front desk were brilliant, extremely helpful and very friendly.

The spa was amazing but it wasnt made clear for other spa guests that kids could use the pool from 10-12 which is why we booked the hotel for the family. We had one extremely rude spa staff member who was rude to us and other familys and told our kids very abruptly to be quiet even though they werent being loud or splashing in the pool at all. Spa guests were clearly annoyed kids were in the pool on their spa day and should be told when booking kids are allowed from 10-12 as it clearly advertised as a great hotel for familys and a pool inside is a big plus in the winter with kids.

Lovely trip away for our anniversary! Would definitely book again

Our trip was great. Our flight had been unexpectedly cancelled for our check out date. Reception staff were really helpful in accommodating us for an extra night. Room, setting of the hotel was lovely. We had been charged accidentally for a meal we did not have, but again the staff were great in sorting this for us. Would definitely stay again!
