Very relaxing resort with lots of great amenities

Very relaxing environment. Great ammenties, multiple options for restaurants. So many areas to relax, multiple pools, lounging areas. Great bar. It was just an overall great experience and would go back. Definitely felt like we got out value for the money.

There are a few things that could be improved but doesn't take away from the overall positives. Specifically the lounging nets at the beach, structure that supports it needs to be repainted, was pretty rusty. Also it would be nice if the private pools could be heated.

Supper room with lovely large pool. The choice of food at breakfast was excellent and the staff were very attentive. Lots of space around the resort and plenty of places to sit. Enjoyed film night. Big bonus was the on site shop (selling everything you would need)with a super friendly member of staff.

We were given a very nice welcome and told that we could contact our dedicated person if there were any issue however when there was a problem we were unable to get hold of them even when we left messages. There were 3 places to eat, the buffet restaurant, the fish one overlooking the sea and the one in the hotel garden. The latter was lacking in any atmosphere although the food was good. The fish restaurant had the most scenic setting but both restaurants seemed short staffed. The beach bar snack terrace, good location but closed at 7pm, would really have liked to eat here in the evening. We were very lucky to have a large pool but be aware that mid afternoon the sun is. to on the terrace...

Price. And the fact that all inclusive was not indeed all inclusive! Many meals in their menu were not free and they were offered for additional cost, which was disappointing!

Awesome start to our trip

Going all inclusive was incredible. There was a bit of a learning curve on how to get around (it is steep as its in the mountain side) and what menu items were included. After the first trip to the sea and one of the restaurants we had it down. Everyone was very helpful, especially Spirros who seemed to always be around!

We really enjoyed our vocation and staying in Aquila hotel. Amazing beach and relaxing stay.

The hotel is great. Private beach one of the best I ever been. Service was great, we had an upgraded huge room, wine and cake as a welcome gift. Stuff was really helpful. Area is beautiful and quiet.

Prices inside of hotel are very high (restaurants, bar, spa, water sport), we had one dinner at hotel restaurant and it was disappointing. my recommendation is to go to nearby restaurant's for dinner. Great attraction, much better value for money and stunning views. The inside of hotel is a bit old. There is no toilet kit, only a bottle of a shower gel/shampoo.

Superb

Everything was so nice and clean with a professional upkeep. The spa was perfect and our therapist Eva was amazing. It was a little pricey but worth it.

The restaurant maribello ruined the last night for us, we left hungry to search for another restaurant, we paid for food that we didn't get. And i have to say that it is a 5 star hotel but this restaurant takes a few points to off from this exceptional resort.
