good quality and value right on the beach

The room was delightful, spacious and with a lovely view of the lagoon.

The resort is a little hard to figure out how to get around. It was easy to get from my room to the beach but to go to reception was confusing. I didn't mind the walk but it could have been more clearly signposted.

Needs improvement in rooms maintenance and improve quality of food.

Location and the large rooms were very nice .

The hotel had a lot of construction work specially at the beach side , if we had known about the construction we would have re scheduled our trip or chosen another property , food at the Italian restaurant was below average , ac wasnt cooling enough.

The worst hotel ever

If it werent for my friend living nearby, I wouldnt choose this hote

The attitude of the front desk staff was poor. During check-in, they assigned us someone elses reservation, which would have cost us a 7-day stay if we hadnt double-checked. We had already told them that we booked through Booking and we couldnt understand why they made this mistake. The entire check-in process took us 35 minutes. Furthermore, the hotel had no water available for showering at 10 PM. When we called the front desk, they informed us that the entire hotel had no water, someone is working on this issue and if we wanted to shower, we would have to use drinking water. It felt like a joke. The hotel lacked proper signage for its facilities, making it very confusing to navigate. We had to search through the bushes to find any signs, which was extremely unclear. Additionally, the rubbish bin in the room tolite was broken, and we had to manually open it to dispose of toilet paper. It was quite disgusting to imagine.Overall, it was a disappointing experience
