Nice modern hotel with great location

Great and fresh looking loft-type hotel with modern interior. The hotel is well located in downtown and allows easy access to everywhere. The staff was polite and helpful and the breakfast was delicious as well. Parking was available just next to the hotel and it was really convenient.

A little pricy but you get what you pay for :)

Call ahead to ensure there arent any events. Id look elsewhere before booking here.

The aesthetic was fun. And the staff, well the manager was helpful.

There was little to like. Our refrigerator didnt work, although they replaced it. But couldnt keep what we needed cold. The elevators didnt work, and there wasnt a working ice machine on our floor so it easily took 25 mins just to get to the lobby for ice. We were staying there for a concert nearby. There was a parade that had all of the adjoining streets blocked off. So my friend had to park a mile away in order to get to the property. Parking, which is outside in an unprotected lot is $16 overnight. No valet, or anyone to help you with your bags.

It was ok

The staff was amazing and friendly!!! The kitchen had great food and it was reasonably priced. But the hotel AC was not working properly and the room was freezing all the time.
