Water leakage in bathroom, after repair Increased. Not user-friendly, it is tacky to go to any place. Good qlty map can be provided which is readable, an app can be set up for the same. Some activities like paragliding, atv were not operative, but the reception ppl were not aware and asked us to go for it. Transfer vehicles were less. Wait time was more. Wifi was poor. A pure veg restaurant option will be appreciated. Would like to have nore vegan options in food. Room service food menu was quite limited.

If not for the location I would have rated this a worst resort in my last 15 years

Facilities are good. Location is fantastic.

Staffs are untrained and rude. Security person at the main gate was abusive! He used uncivilised words in front of lady and kids! Worst thing is that he didnt even acknowledged his mistake when I challenged. Why are we having such person in hospitality industry?? Had to wait for an hour to get my room key in working condition. It took staffs 3 attempts to issue good keys!

Aamby Valley...India's First Planned Township

The location is lovely and the amount of space there has to be seen to be believed. The place has long winding roads and lots of greenery and it makes for a good stay.

The housing units are hard to find. The clusters are not properly marked out and the signage is much lesser than it should be. The staff at the front desk aren't as efficient as needed especially during the peak season. They have 4 people for check-ins and still the process takes a long time whereas for the check-out they have only 2 people deployed even when there are long queues forming.

Quite place

1: NO floats available for small children for swimming 2: No air pumps available to inflate floats for swimming 3: Lockers not working in supreme cottages 4: Wc of Aussie chalets are mounted very very low , makes it difficult for elderly and heavy weight people . No support to hold on too .
