Konkan cafe and breakfast was excellent food

breakfast excellent

check in was difficult as they they different rates than booking.com and the amount charged was more than booking.com. Even though we had requested an extra bed it was not in the room and took a long while to come. The only room near to the three children that they could offer was one with two single beds in it, which is not ideal for a couple. Room service was unpredictable, both rooms ran out of toilet paper.

Great stay. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic facilities, choice of restaurants, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Despite reading some other reviews that mention the roadworks going on were disruptive, I can confirm that this is not the case. You could not hear any noise from it, and the reception was still easily findable with staff on the road 24/7 to assist with taxis.

A great place to stay in Mumbai

Location is great. Bed is extremely comfortable. And staff very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast finishes at 10am. 11am would be nice and accommodating for people on vacation as opposed to business people waking up early.

Perfect stay at the President hotel; will defintiely be back when in Mumbai again

This hotel truly lives up to the Taj brand and what defines a 5 star hotel. Exquisite treatment right from the moment we walked into the lobby until we checked out. During our stay we had breakfast at the hotel daily and utilised the spa multiple times and the service was impeccable in both and throughout the hotel. Combined with the hotels ideal location, this makes it a perfect choice for anyone coming to Mumbai for any purpose.

Comfortable and festive stay during Christmas!!

The staff was very helpful and professional. Everyone from the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping teams ensured that we had a comfortable stay at the property.

The rooms are a bit smaller compared to other hotels in the same category, so we had to upgrade to a Suite.
