Needs Improvement!!

The location is good, property is nice along with the amenities. Bit over priced though.

The staff needs to be trained as per standards. Seems staff is new and bit inexperienced. Food is average, no non-veg options.

Pleasant stay with compromises

The view and the cleanliness was the amazing part

Food at the restaurant does not taste good and was too oily. Customer service is really bad as whenever we raised request there was a delay or a reminder needed to be given. There was a problem with the switch due to which we did not have electricity at night. We also requested for a late check-out however it was outrightly declined and we also noticed that they had given early check in for few other guests as we had checked out.

Amazing property, beautiful views BUT

Amazing location, right on the lake! Beautiful views.

The service is slow. In room dining was served with cold food. The approach road is broken and a little. 30 mins away from the city center.

Relaxing and beautiful

This is a very beautiful property, its good to note its a not on one of the main lakes so is around 30 minutes from the centre of town, it is incredibly relaxing, quiet and beautiful. I would highly recommend a few days there! To relax and take in the beaut of udaipur. The staff are fantastic they are so attentive and helpful- vast amount of food choices. My only downfall if there is no bar, you can ask for drinks of course but some of the choices are limited.

It was ultimate value for money experience

The location was perfect,hygiene was exceptional. The staff was very cordial and helpful. Food was excellent with well crafted menu, chief chef Sriniwas was always available to serve food according to your taste requirement. Front desk staff ( chanderbhan and tushar)and GM( vimla) of facility was very cordial and competitive. They all made our stay comfortable, memorable and looking forward to spend more days with this property more frequently and regularly in future
