Superb

Great stay, tasty breakfast, good value for money with close proximity location from all the landmarks.

Breakfast was very good, location was god enough, within 5mins walk of Blue Mosque & Hagia Sophia. Restaurants and markets are closeby. The famous Hafz Mustafa (special for Kunafa dessert) is also very near. The hotel offer massage & Turkish Bath but I reached the hotel late night and had an early morning checkout, so didnt have time.

The rooms and washrooms were pretty tight & compact. Good for solo travellers but might be not enough for families with more luggage.

Amazing stay and great location.

Great location, breakfast and facilities which guests can use at the Yasmak Sultan hotel next door. Staff were great and very helpful.

The doors at the Yasmak comfort can only be opened with a key. It will great if the hotel could invest in upgrading to a card reader system. Also the lift was painfully slow in the Yasmak comfort.

Exceptional

Well worth the money in such a prime location as Sultanhamet. Breakfast was out of this world!

Great location, amazing breakfast, lovely staff. Excellent value for money for two rooms.

Very good

Overall was good we spent most time at the hotel in the swimming pool area and lobby area very nice.

The breakfast was good and the swimming pool and gym area very good The location was very good too Close to the fare and station . Best locations to all the areas We covered.

The breakfast was more or less the same Every other day We where staying in the smaller hotel next door The window view very poor in the small rooms But the bigger room have better view Best check your window view room first.

Breakfast was good. Nice view. Good location. Most staff was very nice. Receptionist needs to cheer up

Hotel is a little outdated and has seen better days. Otherwise okay. Overall facilities offered where pleasant. What really annoyed me: I asked reception to arrange for a taxi to the airport for me. They said it was going to be like 500 Lira. I thought this was an estimate for my information upfront and still expected a taxi with a meter. It turned out I arrived at the airport and the meter - which was indeed available in the taxi! - showed 430 Lira. However, the taxi driver insisted on getting more because of something for the hotel which I couldnt understand. This was ridiculous. I expect a hotel to arrange respectable transportation to their guests and not make any random special deals with drivers.

Location and the rooftop restaurant where the breakfast is served, compact but functional and quiet room, A/C in the room, slippers, friendly staff, daily supplied water bottles, mini-fridge

Slightly outdated building, door in the shower where the water splashes outside, room key was not card key

Perfect value

Excellent helpful and efficient staff, neighborhood is the perfection to enjoy Istambul in its most praised neighborhood, + this hotel is close to everything, 30sec to T1 metro station (best way to discover istambul), 2min to Aya Sophia, topkapi etc, 2min to Sirkeci eminonu/ Egyptiam market, 30 sec walk also to the pharmacy/change office or supermarket, establishment has a very good diverse buffet for all tastes for a champion's breakfast, excellent restaurant especially the view by night, has traditional hammam/massage services. Already been here several times after trying other hotels in the area, 100% recommand for best experience in Istanbul perfect for families also for extended stays
