Go to this place I really suggest it!

I would say the first thing is the owner of the place. He is a very welcoming kind person and he would help u about anything u want. The house is in a very good location where u can go anywhere by using public transportation which is not far from Istanbul center

Superb

Suleyman is an exceptional host! Before we arrived to the location, he advised us re: a taxi trip from Otogar Esenler. Then he insisted on helping us to take our heavy suitcases up to the Vault. Even more, he was very quick and generous to fulfil our curiosity and share with us some valuable tips re: not-for-tourists locations to try local food. He's always trying to be helpful. You can find a nice park and a lot of spots for good food around the location (not necessarily the ones recommended by Suleyman). The location itself is in a walking distance from Kocatepe metro station (took us 15-17 min) and the mall Forum Istanbul.

Super kind host

Suleyman was an exceptionally good host. He bent backwards to make us comfortable, even fetching us at the bus station at odd hours. He is also a good cook and was eager to cook for us

The owner was super nice and extremely helpful, we came on the bus from Antalya. The bus was supposed to be there at 2am and ended up beeing there at 5am. The owner picked us up from the busstation and didn't have any problem with our late check it, which we were very happy about. On top of that he actually let us stay an additional night without charging extra. He helped us to carry pur luggege upstairs too. The appartment is very clean and beds are comfortable. The rooms are also spacious. We had a great stay.

There was a mirror in the bathroom but one in the room as well would have been better to get dressed and maybe a little more colorfully decoration.

Exceptional

We liked everything very much, the hodt helped us a lot and shared his isnbul card, took us to the bus and prepared a delicious breakfast. He was very polite. Also, he was able to check us in at 6 am. It was a very good experience. I definitely recommend.
