Location, safety, cleanliness, checkout time. However my favorite thing about our stay was the mattress. I have slipping rib syndrome and costochondritis. I typically wake up 5-6x per hour each night. This was the first time I slept through the night in 16 years. It was a wonderful gift. The staff was also great!

Extremely clean airport..very impressed compared to other airports I have been in the past.

The prices were a bit steep...Portland has the most reasonably priced food and gifts. We didn't buy any gifts :(

Horrible. Not what Im used to at one of your locations. Stayed there in the past and it was a good

Had issue dealing with rooms with woman at front desk.Blonde mature woman.She was unaware of type of rooms offered at the hotel.We had to change our rooms twice due to her lack of knowledge.She Called our room letting us know she had no idea the rooms had tubs when we requested a walk-in shower due to knee issue.We were given room with tubs twice.Later while trying to rest she knocked on our door letting us know she never knew all these years there were tubs and she will look at maps in future.That she found a walk-in shower and we could change room a 3rd time for it.I let her know It was already late and trying to rest for bed from a already long travel day and not feeling well.So I declined.At check out I let the front desk know the situation as well. I never heard back from anyone from management. I wish I couldve gotten some type of a credit or something for the total inconvenience and disruption of my stay.

Lovely! Well be back. Our family lives only about a mile from the hotel!

Location! It is a beautiful property with lots of lovely design details. Very well maintained and clean. Front desk and all staff very polite and helpful. LOVED the gym and pool. The best!

There seems to be a sprinkler broken because water flows over the front sidewalk and algae is growing. Waste of water so needs to be repaired.

Rather disappointing.

The location was the best part of the stay. It was helpful that it was located right off the interstate.

Prior to check in, we requested a crib/pack and play for our 1 year old. At check in, I asked if we were able to get a pack and play in our room. I had to take the pack and play up to our room from the front desk. Upon getting to our room, I found, what I am hoping was a tick tack, on the floor next to the bed and a shower that hadn't been cleaned. We didn't have a remote for the TV and we were told we needed to come down to the front desk to get one. Previously working in the hotel industry, I know I would have taken a remote up to a guests room. Lastly, the door to get into our room didn't lock properly. We were only able to shut the door and use the metal stopper as a lock. The dead bolt did not work.

Expensive for the lack of amenities: no soap / no drinking water in room ? For $200 plus a night one would expect the basics/ no ability to refresh room for more than one night stay
