Very good

Really nice resort

We were booked to stay in the presidential suite but the heat wasn't working and so the staff switched us to the Sweetgrass Inn and added on valet service. We would stay at the Sweetgrass Inn again.

The entire resort was handicapped accessible, which was important to me. Very relaxing.

Luxe resort with nice amenities, good food, clean rooms and great service

Loved my room - overlooked the pool, and could see the ocean in the distance. The bathroom was lovely, the whole room was clean and the bed comfortable. Really loved it. Also, LOVE the spa!!

This is definitely one of my favorite. First time here and the room the view the short walk to the beach the food the staff everything was just perfect. I will definitely come back. And i love how the whole set up was. It was like a little town just beautiful

Only good thing was that it was updated and modernized.

This property has new staff running the desks and all the charging systems were down so they were writing charges down on sticky notes. Im now two days out from having left this hotel and they charged my card a second time for the same amount for my stay again causing my card to be in the negative. I called the hotel spoke to a manager and they said it was booking that did that, thats a lie! I called booking and the card that they keep charging has never been on file for booking. Also, bookings website says the hotel will handle all payments after the initial first night payment is payed to lock down the room. DO NOT STAY HERE! Unless you want your money stolen!

I assumed ocean front would be beach view.

Very clean and well maintained

Too far away from the beach. Service to the room very untimely. Did not service one day and beat on the door at 8:20 another day. Pricing for drinks and food extremely high.
