The Mills House Charleston, Curio Collection by Hilton is an amazingly beautiful hotel located in the heart of Charleston. The hotel maintains its charm while providing nicely updated rooms and bathrooms. The staff is friendly and efficient and the location is perfect for exploring the city. The rooftop pool is a definite plus, especially in hot weather. The food at the restaurant is amazing and the morning coffee from the cafe is perfect. The Mills House offers a wonderful stay and is highly recommended.

Overall a brilliant place to stay in Charleston!

Beautiful hotel, comfortable room, excellent location, very fast valet parking, good food, excellent staff.

A $200 flat rate for dogs seems a little expensive when your dog is very small and remains crated when left alone. Since we were staying 3 days the pet fee was okay, but it means I wouldnt stay at Mills House with a pet for only one night.

Excellentjust excellent.

Breakfast at the Black Door Cafe was excellent and fulfilling! Dinner at the Iron Rose was awesomeso good we went back and had the same thing the next day!

Standard Noon checkout would have been appreciated.

A beautiful place in a great location. Needs a few fixes to make it an exceptional stay.

The location was great, the building is beautiful, well designed and clean. The staff is friendly and very welcoming.

Can't stream to tv, not enough bandwidth to watch a program without it breaking up. 8:30 am had a cleaning person with a leaf blower outside my patio door. Hot water in shower is limited and makes a rattling noise.

The Mills House was very comfortable and provided an enjoyable place to stay.

Very nice room is central location and within walking distance to most attractions. Many good restaurants near by and good in house options.

Only one complaint. We had to ask for clean towels multiple times.

Disappointing and will not be returning

Breakfast was ok but very expensive At the room rate we were paying breakfast should have been included

The room lighting was very poor with no proper bed reading lights Our welcome was none existent none of the fabled southern charm there Having stayed in the past the hotel has lost its historic southern flavour and is just another bland expensive hotel

Disappointing

Room was nicely appointed and beds were comfortable

Staff was extremely rude and it was not jus one but on several different times. Seemed put out by questions. Dogs barking everywhere. Need a dog floor. Asked if I wanted my room cleaned and I said yes and they never came back. Room not cleaned.
