Very good

Very nice and relaxing stay, the location and link to a nearby mall was great.

The staff were very professional and helpful. My car battery went dead and the staff helped me jumpstart the car.

I'd come back but not include breakfast in my plan though.

nice pool. and the bar next to it is as good. it would be great if they make the outdoor seats next to the pool non-smoking though. nice breakfast area. nice bathtub. the fact that it's connected to the shopping mall is amazing. concierge was very helpful and check in / check out process was efficient.

quality of the breakfast should be better. great variety but the taste / quality of the produce was really average, to the point that you'd think it's really lost-cost. doesn't match the quality of the rest of the hotel.

Superb

Its the best hotel in Ipoh so nothing to compare.

Situated beside a mall which everything is accessible.

Nothing much. Except that they have changed the branding of the shower gel and shampoo which isnt as good as previous branding

Holiday in Ipoh

Location and facilities.Swimming pool. Large comfortable room. Drinking water facility.

Leaking window with water running onto electric socket. Two lamps poorly wired and connections exposed with no earth wire. These faults were reported to the duty manager. General appearance requires more regular maintenance.For example -plants growing in corroded steelwork under the sitting deck around the pool.
