Exceptional

Wonderful hotel, beyond our expectations

Our ocean view room was big and comfy. The pool is HUGE. Good size proper gym with a good spa where we have some great massages there. The breakfast is amazing, lots of choices, vegetarian options can be improve though. The staff are super helpful and friendly. It's a great break to get away from the busy old town.

The beach is a nice view but not really swimming beach.

Impeccable service! Honestly very pampered by the incredible hospitality by the alert staff who remember and ask about the things you tell them :) The villa was spacious and clean, it was so relaxing just to sit by the private pool. Buffet breakfast spread was incredible too. Amazed that they had gluten-free options and rye bread at this little corner of the world. We will be back!

Not enough dustbins, a phone in the villas hall (we couldnt hear the phone ring because we blasted the TV too loud ) and a full length mirror wld be helpful!

Excellent value.

The breakfast was good, but needed more verity after a few days.

It was a little far from the old town. Could probably do with more organised activities, or a more frequent, free shuttle to the old town.

Very good

Relaxing stay

Staff were excellent, friendly and keen to assist. Breakfast had a good variety but some items not hot (was slow turnover as restaurant not busy), made to order items excellent. Villa large and well air conditioned. Some wear showing in places but dont affect our enjoyment of the villa. Mini mart & massage place across the street excellent for snacks and a cheap massage.

Renaissance is a bit isolated but we actually liked that, cheap grab into old town a good option for dinner.
