Very good

Beautiful grounds, wonderful pool. Breakfast buffet had lots of choices. Location couldn't be better.

Check the weather before you go. Was cold and rainy in later December.

It was a nice experience.

The hotel is in the perfect location, close to the city center and all the good restaurants. It has an amazing pool and a really great garden.

I didnt like the food in the restaurant and the breakfast. It could be better. And also we found some cockroaches in out room. I can understand that maybe this is problem in Vietnam, but it could be controlled. Maybe a doorstep at the door would be good beacuse I think they come from outside. Otherwise they cleaned the room everyday and sprayed with insecticid but the smell was not really ok.

Great location. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with good choice. Staff were super friendly. The hotel has great views and only two minutes walk to the action in the old town. The accommodation is colonial in style and comfortable. The infinity pool overlooking the river was lovely

Perfectly located, exceptionally well kept pool and riverside lounge areas. Nice rooms with plenty of space. Super friendly staff, we felt welcomed and at home. They even organised a driver for a day-trip for us within minutes. All in all we had a great time. Thank you!

Room front door electronic lock stopped working. Bathroom door blocked itself. Both umbrellas that came with the room were broken. But staff was superhelpful and fixed all problems on short notice! Staff replaced one umbrella for a day trip, but it turned out the replacement was also broken. A bit frustrated (and wet) we trashed it during the trip to not have to carry a broken umbrella all day. The hotel made us pay 300.000 for it during check-out.

Perfect location within east walk to old town and great standard of facilities. We are a family of 4 with kids aged 5 and 8 and it worked really well for us. The kids spent hours in the amazing pool!

This was a clothing shopping trip and we weren't disappointed. The Resort lived up to our expectatio

This was the 3rd time I have stayed here over the years and noted many improvements, Loved the pool ! The breakfast was amazing with nothing too much for the Staff, By our 2nd day, our drink and food preferences were memorised and were ready for us on arriving for a meal. Lovely people. The great location makes a short walk into the Old Town so handy, especially when the weather is both hot and wet at the same time. Love this City with such great tailors and Jewellery craftsmen available.

The weather, it was the wet season but it is so easy to get dehydrated, so watch it.
