Very good

Perfect relaxing oasis after visiting the city

Beautiful colonial house. The big quiet rooms were perfect to relax after a long day visiting the city. Walking distance to the grand palace and many temples. The staff is lovely. Timmy is so nice and very helpful to organize excursions or transfers. Noi in the kitchen was very nice too.

Because it is at the end of a narrow street/alley, it makes it difficult for certain taxis to find the property and they dont always want to bring you all the way and when you arrive at 2am its a bit Intimidating but it is actually very safe. Also the mattress was not comfortable. I could feel the springs in my back :(

Wonderful stay in Bangkok. Highly recommend

I had a red eye flight from India and arrived in Bangkok at around 6:00 am. I went straight to this hotel from the airport and wanted to drop off my luggage. Timmy was flexible to accommodate my early check in at 10:00 so that I can get a short refresh in my room. Also she told me that I can use my Palace ticket for the free Thai dance performance on the same day starting at 4:00 pm. Both the Palace and the Thai dance theater was within the walking distance from the hotel. The location of the hotel was very good. Massage place and good Thai food restaurant is in the neighborhood. I really felt warmly welcomed at this place. I would definitely stay here next time I will be in Bangkok.

They told me that they charge +3% for Credit Card use which they just announced when I checked in. They should have announced this on the site for booking.

The building is a lovely villa, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious! One of the best we had in Thailand I would say.

Nothing, loved everything! Its in a narrow ally so a taxi wont be able to drop you off right at the door. The ally may seem a bit sketchy at night but its all good!

A lovely Thai home away from home.

Loved the room. Very quirky and authentic. The villa has a lovely atmosphere and the manager was so welcoming and very helpful. Within walking distance of the palace, interesting streets to explore and of course great places to eat or have a coffee.

Wish we could have stayed longer. Will stay again for sure.

Timmy was a great host. The hotel has a great location, not far from the Grand Palace. I adored the furniture and the very good breakfast with fresh fruits. Had a good time and would always come back.
