We rented for an office end of season trip. It was really a nice and comfortable home.

The house was very clean. The rooms are a great size and the en suites in each room is a plus. Truly comfortable and relaxing home.

Spacious clean house. Good location. Secured area. Awesome community center. Good washer and dryer.

Lite on kitchen/cleaning ware - no brooms at all. Also no bars or mats in bathrooms - 3 people slipped and fell but thankfully no serious injuries. Most of the TVs never worked - called multiple times. Cable was missing from one of the bedrooms - never got replaced even tho we were told technician would return (he never did). Water in pool was low and needed filled.

Nice Facilities and House, Poor Managment Company

We enjoyed the resorts water park and the houses private pool.

The house was not cleaned to my standards and showed significant wear and tear. For example, one of the lounge chairs was completely ruined, a burner didnt work on the stove, and the decorative clock on the main wall didnt work. There was a cockroach in one of the bathrooms when we arrived. There was hair on the floor or shower in nearly every bathroom. They didnt provide us with any kitchen dishcloths or towels, and the supply of dish detergent and trash bags was severely lacking for house thats meant to accommodate 16+ people. In the photos, the Batman room shows a full size bed with a twin bunk over it, but when we arrived there was only a twin bed in the room. Our check-in experience was terrible; they kept telling me the reservation wasnt in my name because I booked on my husbands account despite all the documentation and booking.com showing otherwise.

we definitely would rent the house at 7736 Fairfax again but not 401 novi

the property was really nice we thought until we went to the next property and the new one was beyond exceptional.

the pool was broke and dirty so the first two days we werent able to use it. the outside dining area only had two chairs and one was broke. there wasnt any other seating for us to be able to enjoy the outside. the kitchen table had only 4 chairs and the place was supposed to house 18 people. the electrical outlets didnt work in the kitchen so we had to plug the toaster elsewhere to use. they were supposed to supply some trash bags and dishwasher soap but there wasnt any of either. after arriving at our new house we were completely disappointed with the house at 401 novi.

Was very nice family vacation with very good accommodations. Would do again.

House was large and perfect for our family of 13. Close to gas, groceries and restaurants. Price. Nicely decorated.

Lacking in some things such as dish towels, broom and seating on outdoor area. Couches were not comfortable. Area rug and carpets needed shampooed. Not a good reception at the restaurant.

8 bedrooms were awesome. bedding was great! The carpets were dirty or needs to be replaced. The kitchen needs to be refreshed with supplies.

EVERYTHING WAS VERY CLEAN, LOTS OF SPACE FOR AMOUNT OF PEOPLE WE HAD AND NO ISSUES AT ALL DURING OUR STAY. WE WOULD DEFINTELY STAY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE OR SUGGEST PEOPLE HERE.

THERE WASN'T ANYTHING WE DIDNT LIKE. WE STAYED HERE WHILE WE WENT TO THE DISNEY PARKS. WE DIDNT USE LOTS OF THE FACILITY OR WATER PARK AT ALL.

For the most part everything was good

The Direct TV didnt work for all TVs 5 of them were out. Technician came on last day got 80% got to work. Sarah with Encore was very nice. we were missing 1 dining chair. Friday next door had extremely loud music.
