Perfect location in Vatican

It's was my 50th birthday and they went above and beyond to dress our room and a bottle of bubbly.

There really wasn't anything in the room we didn't like but sometimes you could hear the traffic outside. It's a city, in a fabulous location so traffic is unavoidable.

Relaxing stay in a Famous City

Breakfast was ok. The gentleman staff was very good he was very attentive. The fact we left early on the last day it was a nice surprise getting breakfast despite leaving as early as we did. The location was good and there were plenty of restaurants to go to. Easy walking of everywhere. The room was well cleaned each day and the overall facilities were suitable.

The coffee in the room could have been more of it. It woukd have been nice to know that there was scaffolding outside and that the workmen would be working through the weekend. The access and lift were limited but that said it was a good utlisation of space.

This hotel was very close to the Vatican and all sites to visit. The room was very clean and had everything that you need for your stay, and the staff very friendly and nothing was any problem for them.

Superb

Best location for a visit to Vatican

The room was very comfortable. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast was filling . The location can not be beat. I wanted a facility close to the Vatican and Vatican Stlyle delivered. We could walk to the Vatican in five minutes through very little traffic. Restaurants and shops were only minutes away.

We arrived early. They gave us the key and told us to come back at 2 pm. When we tried to open the door to the room, it did not open. Since there was no one at the desk, we had to call for assistance. The desk clerk arrived, and we simply had to push very hard to get the door to open. This should have been explained when we received the key.
