Good - adventurous enjoyable moments

Pleasant location with lush green areas, clean rooms, supportive and courteous staff, provided good vegetarian food customized as requested, helped in planning and executing the return to Coimbatore Airport like booking of vehicle etc.

Sports room to be improved, SPA can be added, communication regarding reaching the venue could have been elaborated like no lifts avaibale, rough patch of lanes for the last 1.5 km or so, etc. Suggest that when the tourist arrives, provide a card giving information like NIGHT SAFARI for watching elephants, points to be covered like trekking areas, Swimming pool timings, bon fire availablitiy etc.

There was no cell connectivity and I had to walk more than 1km through jungle with my family to find the accommodation.

Forest type ambience. Food prepared was tasty . Staff is friendly .

This property is 6 km away from the reachability by normal car which have usual ground clearance . This inaccessibility was never mentioned in booking.com. They suggest us to park their car down the valley parking which is again 100 per night . When asked about this inaccessibility, they said that this is mentioned in their website . No travellers check direct website for booking places like this .The pickup and drop off even it's the reposibility of the property they asked us to pay 800 (400 upside +400 downside ) per trip. This is not expected. Also if travellers need to go site seeing with their car, another trip cost 800. This is the worst experience. One of the staff call you before an hour of travel to ask about your cars ground clearance and explain the accessibility which the travellers wouldn't be able to take any actions. This is just a very negative kind of customer service. The travellers are left with no option for cancel at the last moment due to this and they proceed with unexpected. They do not have credit or debit card machine. Cash or Google pay or phone pay only. Wifi is disconnecting quite frequently and have little range around some part of the property.
